The Dean Stoltz Invitational is named for the late Dean Stoltz, a longtime teacher and coach for the Eaton Community School District. During his career, Dean Stoltz served as a Basketball Coach, Assistant Track & Field Coach, and was the first ever coach of the Cross Country program.

The 2019 event moves to a Thursday night for the first time,  and just the fourth time in the event’s history it will be ran under the lights at the Eaton Community Schools Athletic Complex. This year’s schedule of events will also include the Steeplechase.
