Emma McKinneyEmma McKinney, Eaton High School Senior, was recognized for two honors achieved during her Senior Volleyball season.  Prior to the Varsity Boys Basketball game on Tuesday, December 6th, Varsity Volleyball Coach Parker Fields and Athletic Director, Travis Miller, presented Emma with a ball of recognition to commemorate her achievements.

Emma’s varsity career spanned four seasons from 2013-2016. She ended her Senior season with a total of  2,281 individual career assists, earning her honors of being an OHSAA individual career assists record holder.  As of 2016, Emma ranks 31st in  individual career assists.  To earn this honor, a setter must reach 2,200 assists.  Only 38 other girls have attained this accomplishment.  This record includes players from all divisions in Ohio and encompasses every year the OHSAA has recognized women’s volleyball. Congratulations Emma!
